A moment I’m particularly proud of is encouraging the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to no longer send out misleading letters to residents while I was at Martin Lewis’ MoneySavingExpert.com. The back of the envelope encouraged the government to switch to a new provider despite many going bust.
